Arizona State Board of Nursing must report by December 1, 2020, on a pathway for assisted living facility caregivers to apply their training and practical experience toward requirements for licensed nursing assistants and certified nursing assistants.

Report must be submitted to the president of the Senate, speaker of the House, and chairpersons of health and human services committees in both chambers.

Report shall include any possible statutory changes needed to implement the pathway.

This reporting requirement is repealed effective June 30, 2021.
