• Extends the program termination date from July 1, 2027 to July 1, 2029 pursuant to section 41-3102.

• Authorizes the commissioner and state forester to coordinate with public agencies and private entities, use parolee recidivism reduction programs, and enter into intergovernmental agreements to share implementation costs.

• Appropriates $4,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the state forester for program implementation.

• Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions under section 35-190 Arizona Revised Statutes.
