Appropriates $500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission.

Funds must be distributed to counties with a population of less than 500,000 persons for domestic violence nonfatal strangulation forensic examinations.

The commission shall allocate funds on a pro rata basis according to the number of domestic violence assault cases in eligible counties during the previous calendar year.
