Amends Arizona law governing parole and community supervision fees for prisoners released under state department of corrections supervision.

Requires monthly supervision fees of at least $65 for prisoners on supervised parole or community supervision, with ability to reduce fees based on inability to pay.

Delays the start of monthly supervision fees by 60 days after a prisoner begins supervised parole or community supervision.

Directs 70% of collected supervision fees to the victim compensation and assistance fund and 30% to the community corrections enhancement fund.

Maintains existing provisions allowing the state to require prisoners to pay reasonable drug testing program costs, not to exceed the department's actual cost.
