Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-362, which previously established a graduated minimum wage schedule through 2020.

Amends section 23-363 to set the minimum wage at $15 per hour effective upon passage of this amendment.

Establishes annual minimum wage increases beginning January 1, 2021, tied to cost of living adjustments measured by the Consumer Price Index and rounded to the nearest $0.05.

Maintains the existing $3.00 per hour wage reduction provision for employees who customarily receive tips, provided their total compensation (wages plus tips) meets the minimum wage requirement.

Requires approval by at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for enactment, per Arizona Constitution article IV, part 1, section 1.
