Amends section 28-4138, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding charges for violations of mandatory motor vehicle insurance requirements.

Corrects language in subsection A from "sections" to "subsections" to clarify that only one penalty shall be imposed against a person charged with violations of both subsections 28-4135(A) and (B) arising from the same series of acts.

Maintains provisions that suspensions imposed under section 28-4135 are in addition to any other suspensions imposed by the department.

Allows courts to order suspensions issued under section 28-4135 to run concurrently with suspensions ordered by the department when imposing civil penalties for the same series of acts.
