Repeals subsection D of section 28-3153, Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously required proof of authorized U.S. presence for driver license and nonoperating identification license issuance.

Eliminates the requirement that applicants demonstrate their presence in the United States is authorized under federal law to obtain or renew a driver license.

Removes provisions regarding verification procedures for applicant immigration status and temporary driver permit issuance pending status verification.

Removes the restriction on accepting driver licenses from states that do not require proof of lawful U.S. presence as a primary source of identification.
