Appropriates $500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the Secretary of State to distribute to census complete count committees in Arizona.

Limits each census complete count committee to receive a maximum of $10,000.

Exempts the appropriation from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unused funds to carry forward.

Defines "census complete count committee" as volunteer committees established with the U.S. Census Bureau by state entities, tribes, counties, cities, towns, or community organizations to promote 2020 census outreach and enumeration assistance.
