Prohibits health care professionals from providing conversion therapy to patients under 18 years of age, defining it as unprofessional conduct.

Defines conversion therapy as any practice or treatment seeking to change sexual orientation or gender identity, including mental health therapy targeting behaviors or feelings related to these characteristics.

Excludes clergy members or religious counselors acting in a pastoral or religious capacity, and parents or grandparents who are health care professionals acting in a parental capacity, from the prohibition.

Specifies that the prohibition does not apply to neutral mental health therapy, assistance with gender transition, acceptance and support services, coping and identity exploration, or discussions of moral or religious beliefs.

Defines "health care professional" as individuals providing mental health therapy who are certified or licensed under Arizona chapters 13, 15, 17, 19.1, or 33.
