Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-402 to clarify exemptions from Department of Health Services (DHS) licensure and regulation for private medical offices and clinics.

Private offices and clinics of licensed health care providers remain exempt from DHS oversight unless they keep patients overnight, provide general anesthesia treatment, operate as abortion clinics, or operate as pain management clinics.

Removes language requiring DHS regulation of offices providing general anesthesia treatment when that treatment is regulated under Arizona Title 32, Chapter 11 (dental anesthesia regulations).

Does not modify existing exemptions for facilities in prisons, county jails, religious institutions, blood banks, first aid stations, or hospice services provided in personal residences.
