Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2981 to increase income eligibility limits for the children's health insurance program (CHIP).

Raises the maximum household income threshold from 200 percent of the federal poverty level to 250 percent of the federal poverty level, effective October 1, 2020.

Maintains the 200 percent of federal poverty level income cap through September 30, 2020, then implements the 250 percent threshold beginning October 1, 2020 and for each fiscal year thereafter.

Makes minor technical corrections to statutory language for clarity, including changing "per cent" to "percent" and restructuring definitional provisions.
