Removes language that specifically extended conscience protections to pharmacies and their employees, effectively eliminating pharmacist objection rights to abortion medication and emergency contraception.

Retains protections for hospitals, physicians, and other hospital staff members who object to abortion procedures on moral or religious grounds.

Removes the requirement that pharmacies return patient prescriptions when refusing to dispense abortion medication or emergency contraception.
