Repeals Arizona's one-time visitor background check fee for the Department of Corrections by removing section 41-1604(B)(3).

Eliminates the requirement that the department collect fees from visitors entering facilities to visit incarcerated individuals.

Removes the provision allowing the director to waive all or part of visitor fees through rule adoption.

Stops depositing collected visitor fees into the Department of Corrections Building Renewal Fund established under section 41-797.

Amends sections 41-797 and 41-1604 of Arizona Revised Statutes to implement these changes.
