Repeals Title 11, Chapter 7, Article 8 of Arizona Revised Statutes (related to gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission).

Repeals section 13-1509 and sections 13-2928 and 13-2929 of Arizona Revised Statutes, and removes provisions allowing peace officers to arrest persons removable from the United States and to stop vehicles transporting aliens illegally present.

Repeals section 41-1724 establishing the gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission border security and law enforcement subaccount, and redirects assessment funds to the public safety equipment fund instead.

Removes the requirement in section 23-214 that employers keep records of employee work authorization verification through the e-verify program for three years or the duration of employment.

Adds entrapment defense provisions to sections 23-212 and 23-212.01 regarding unlawful employment of unauthorized aliens.
