AZ SB1576

Amends Arizona law to entitle Arizona high school graduates to an "Arizona high school graduate tuition rate" at universities under the Arizona Board of Regents and community colleges under community college district governing boards.

Applies to persons graduating from any public or private high school option in Arizona as defined in statute, with the governing boards responsible for verifying diploma requirements consistent with state law.

Allows persons who previously qualified for the Arizona high school graduate tuition rate to retain that same rate as long as they remain continuously enrolled (defined as enrollment without breaks of 12 or more months).

Modifies the definition of "state or local public benefit" in existing Arizona law to clarify that it does not include postsecondary education benefits.
