Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-746 to modify requirements for school report cards distributed annually to parents and the public.

Expands report card requirements beginning fiscal year 2020-2021 to include detailed financial data for charter schools, traditional public schools, online course providers, and online schools, including revenues by weighted student count, federal/state/local revenue breakdowns, and per-pupil expenditure allocations.

Requires schools to compare their per-pupil funding information to both other schools in their local education agency and state average funding information for school districts and charter schools.

Makes technical corrections to existing report card language, including clarifying that schools must distribute report cards "not later than" the last day of each fiscal year and updating references to include online providers and schools in report card definitions.

Defines "school" for purposes of the statute to expressly include online course providers and online schools as defined in section 15-808.
