Requires online course providers and online schools participating in Arizona online instruction to report annually to the Department of Education on courses taken, courses completed, student enrollment and completion rates, and end-of-course examination results.

Mandates reporting of student exclusions from Arizona online instruction for failing to take statewide assessments, passing rates on end-of-course exams in English language arts and mathematics, and data on full-time and part-time student enrollment and course passage rates.

Requires the Department of Education to compile annual reports from participating schools and submit a compiled report to the governor, speaker of the house, and president of the senate by November 15 each year.

Corrects terminology by replacing "e-mail" with "email" in references to electronic communications between pupils, teachers, administrators, and parents in online instruction programs.
