Prohibits local education agencies from shaming, treating differently, or serving reduced/lesser meals to pupils with unpaid school meal fees compared to peers without debt.

Allows alternative meals only when required for documented dietary or religious reasons.

Prohibits school personnel and volunteers from taking disciplinary action that denies or delays meals meeting state nutrition standards to any pupil.
