Requires the medical boards for physicians (Chapter 13), osteopathic physicians (Chapter 17), and podiatrists (Chapter 25) to develop preceptorship awareness campaigns educating licensed professionals on how to become medical preceptors and the benefits of preceptorships.

Establishes an online medical preceptorship availability list administered by the Department of Health Services where medical preceptors can voluntarily display their business location and contact information to connect with students.

Defines "medical preceptor" as a licensed medical professional maintaining an active practice in Arizona, and "preceptorship" as a mentoring program providing personalized instruction and supervision for graduate students seeking medical professional degrees.

Excludes from preceptorship definition any mentoring for medical services as defined in section 36-2301.01, subsection C, paragraph 1.

Exempts the Department of Health Services from rulemaking requirements under title 41 for 18 months after the effective date to allow time for implementation.
