Establishes a three-year Arizona Community Schools Pilot Program in the Department of Education, with six public elementary and middle schools (at least 400 pupils each) selected to participate.

Provides three-year grants to participating schools of up to $60,000 annually for a full-time community school coordinator and $25,000 annually to develop and implement a community school plan.

Requires participating schools to establish a school-community partnership team, partner with community-based organizations, and develop a sustainability plan for the community school program beyond the pilot period.

Community school coordinators must recruit partners, coordinate support programs, promote parent engagement, conduct annual needs assessments, and serve as liaisons between schools and community partners.

Appropriates $1,530,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Department of Education for the pilot program, with authority to sunset on December 31, 2023.
