Prohibits employers from requiring employees to refrain from inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing their own wages or the wages of other employees as a condition of employment.

Prohibits employers from requiring employees to sign waivers or documents that deny the right to disclose or discuss wages.

Prohibits employers from discharging, formally disciplining, or discriminating against employees for inquiring about, discussing, or disclosing wages.

Allows employees discharged or discriminated against for wage disclosure activities to sue for reinstatement, lost wages and benefits with interest, and other equitable relief.

Establishes a one-year statute of limitations for civil actions brought under this section.
