Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3967 to replace "bail" with "an unsecured bond" for persons charged with bailable offenses ordered released before trial.

Maintains judicial officer discretion to consider 15 specified factors when determining release conditions, including nature of offense, criminal history, danger to community, and ties to the state.

Allows judicial officers to impose various release conditions including supervision, travel restrictions, deposit of cash/security, weapon prohibitions, and regular reporting requirements.

Requires mandatory electronic monitoring and no-contact conditions with victims for persons charged with felony violations of chapters 14 or 35.1 (domestic violence and sexual offenses).

Preserves judicial authority to amend release conditions and requires notification to victims before modifications to release orders.
