Arizona Criminal Justice Commission must present prosecutorial data to the legislature annually beginning July 1, 2021, and make the presentation publicly available on its website.

Attorney General, in consultation with Judicial Branch and Department of Corrections, must collect biweekly data on defendants including demographics, charges, pretrial release determinations, bail/bond information, and sentencing details.

Data collected must include defendant race/ethnicity, gender, age, residence zip code, primary language, indigency status, offense details, court dates, attorney assignment dates, and sentencing information, with unique identifiers assigned to each defendant.

Board of Executive Clemency must report biweekly to the Criminal Justice Commission on parole and community supervision violation hearing outcomes and the number of individuals remanded to custody or revoked.

Entities that fail to collect and transmit required data become ineligible to receive monies from the Arizona Criminal Justice Commission or any state grant program for five years.
