Increases annual deposit to Arizona State Parks Heritage Fund from $5 million to $10 million from state lottery revenues, effective by amending section 5-572.

Establishes that the Arizona State Parks Heritage Fund consists of lottery deposits, legislative appropriations, grants, donations, and investment earnings under section 41-502.

Makes monies in the Arizona State Parks Heritage Fund continuously appropriated and exempt from lapsing appropriations provisions.

Requires State Treasurer to invest and divest fund monies as prescribed in section 35-313, with investment earnings credited back to the fund.
