• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-2804 to allow nonprofit medical marijuana dispensaries to transfer or assign their registration certificates under specific conditions.

• Transfer is permitted only if the transferring dispensary holds more than one registration certificate and all certificates were initially issued more than five years before the transfer application.

• Transfer recipient must have identical principal officers or board members as the transferring dispensary and meet all criteria required for dispensary registration.
