• Modifies the Arizona highway patrol fund to clarify that monies shall be used for highway patrol operations and may be used for the pharmaceutical diversion and drug theft task force.

• Extends the military installation fund authorization allowing the Department of Emergency and Military Affairs to use up to $1,250,000 for readiness center construction through fiscal year 2021-2022 (previously ending in 2020).

• Allocates $400,000 from the gang and immigration intelligence team enforcement mission fund to a county sheriff of a county with a population between 800,000 and 2 million persons in fiscal year 2020-2021.
