• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 20-167, 20-423, 20-466, and 20-1098.17 to establish automatic fee adjustment mechanisms for insurance department fees to maintain budget recovery between 95-110% of appropriated budgets.

• Establishes legislative intent limiting total regulatory assessment fees for counties, cities, towns, councils of governments, and regional transportation authorities to $20,755,835 in fiscal year 2020-2021, with proportional allocation based on prior distribution amounts.
