AZ SCR1007

Proposes adding Section 23 to Article XXII of the Arizona Constitution to prohibit counties, cities, and towns from limiting or restricting enforcement of federal immigration laws or state-related immigration laws.

Requires the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election for approval, as required by Article XXI of the Arizona Constitution.

Creates a constitutional amendment that would prevent local jurisdictions from establishing sanctuary policies or other restrictions on immigration law enforcement.
