AZ SCR1009

Proposes an amendment to Article X, Section 4 of the Arizona Constitution relating to state trust lands.

Clarifies that all lands held in trust must be appraised at true value before being offered for sale or disposal.

Requires that no sale or disposal of trust land shall be made for less than the appraised value or any applicable minimum price, nor on credit without ample security.

Specifies that legal title does not pass until the consideration has been paid.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election.
