AZ SCR1012

Proposes an amendment to Article II, Section 13 of the Arizona Constitution to add equal protection language based on sex.

Adds new subsection B stating "This state shall not deny or abridge the equal protection of the laws on account of sex."

Maintains existing subsection A regarding equal privileges and immunities for citizens and corporations, with minor technical language revisions.

Requires voter approval and proclamation by the Governor to become effective.

Directs the Secretary of State to submit the proposition to voters at the next general election.
