Concurrent resolution expressing the Legislature's commitment to work constructively with the Governor to create and support economically viable public and private solutions to manage climate change, including in rural communities.

Directs the Legislature to recognize the importance of using science to address causes of climate change and support innovation and environmental protection for positive outcomes.

Encourages individuals, corporations, and state agencies to reduce emissions and support growth in energy-efficient and cost-effective technologies and services that expand the economy.

Calls for the Legislature to declare a climate emergency as a first step to protect Arizona's natural resources, economy, and citizens' rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
