AZ SCR1036

Enacts a "Voters' Bill of Rights" to be submitted to Arizona voters for approval at the next general election.

Establishes six voter rights: registering without unnecessary barriers, participating in fair elections free from gerrymandering, voting by mail or in person with vote counting assurance, equal ballot access regardless of location or language, proposing and enacting laws through ballot initiative, and ensuring elected officials serve voters rather than donors or lobbyists.

Creates new Arizona Revised Statutes section 16-410.01 establishing these voter protections as law if approved by voters and proclaimed by the Governor.
