AZ HB2003

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 26-1003 regarding the Code of Military Justice and jurisdiction to try military personnel.

Changes language in subsection A to clarify that persons discharged from the National Guard who fraudulently obtained their discharge remain subject to court-martial for that charge and related offenses committed before the discharge.

Modifies subsection A to replace "and" with "who is" to improve grammatical clarity in describing discharged persons charged with fraudulent discharge.

Maintains existing provision in subsection B that persons who have deserted from the National Guard remain subject to military jurisdiction regardless of any subsequent separation from service.
