Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-120.01 authorizing public schools to reduce child care service fees for school employees.

Permits fee reductions when the cost the public school pays for child care services is not grossly disproportionate to the total consideration received from the employee.

Applies to child care services that public schools provide directly or contract for with third parties.
