Removes students enrolled in internship courses from being counted in career technical education (CTED) district student counts for funding purposes under chapters 9, articles 3, 4, and 5 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Makes technical corrections to section 15-393 by changing "shall consist" to "consists," "shall be" to "are," and updating formatting of monetary amounts (e.g., "five cents" to "$.05" and "one hundred dollars" to "$100").

Updates language regarding agreements between CTEDs and other entities to allow community college provisions to be negotiated under section 15-393, subsection K.

Clarifies definitions of "centralized campus," "leased centralized campus," and "satellite campus" to use updated grammatical structure ("to offer" instead of "for the purpose of offering").

Amends language in subsection L regarding intergovernmental agreements to specify that charter schools are included as parties to agreements about contributions to courses and support requirements.
