• Allows directors to relieve licensees from prior license reversions if requested within two years of reversion date, unless the reverted license was already reissued.

• Permits bona fide educational institutions to hold both microbrewery and farm winery licenses on the same land, with separate buildings and shared tasting areas.

• Increases craft distiller production threshold from 1,189 to 3,566 gallons annually for making direct sales to on-sale and off-sale retailers.

• Adds craft distillers as authorized sources for retailer purchases and allows craft distillers to make off-premises deliveries with age verification requirements.

• Extends deadline to December 31, 2022 for retail licensees to file relief requests for licenses that reverted between 2018-2020, and for lottery winners to activate unactivated bar, beer and wine bar, or liquor store licenses purchased between 2017-2019.
