Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 16-165 regarding cancellation of voter registrations.

Requires the Secretary of State to compare death records from the Department of Health Services with the statewide voter registration database (changed from "may" to "shall").

Mandates prompt cancellation of deceased persons' names from the voter registration database once death records are matched.

Maintains that death records transmitted by the Department of Health Services can only include decedent's name, date of birth, social security number if available, usual legal residence, and parent names if available.

Prohibits public access to death records and restricts their use solely to canceling registrations of deceased voters.
