Amends Arizona law to require school districts and charter schools to acquire and display U.S. flags (at least 2 feet by 3 feet) manufactured in the United States in each classroom and on school buildings.

Requires grades 7-12 to have legible copies of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights manufactured in the United States displayed adjacent to classroom flags.

Mandates kindergarten through grade 4 students recite the pledge of allegiance during a designated daily time, with parental opt-out available.

Requires grades 4-12 to set aside at least one minute daily for quiet reflection and moral reasoning, with parental opt-out available.

Exempts private schools, parochial schools, and homeschools from these requirements.
