Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-607 to modify requirements for judgment of guilt and sentence documents in felony cases and certain other offenses.

Changes fingerprint requirement from court or appointed person affixing fingerprint in open court at sentencing to allowing defendant's fingerprint to be permanently affixed to the document or defendant's two fingerprint biometric-based identifier to be obtained and recorded in the court case file.

Requires certification by the court or clerk that either the defendant's fingerprint was affixed to the document or the two fingerprint biometric-based identifier was obtained and recorded in the court case file.

Maintains that the judgment document shall be made a permanent part of public court records and recitations in the document are prima facie evidence of stated facts.
