Repeals section 41-3021.03, Arizona Revised Statutes, and adds section 41-3029.03 to Title 41, Chapter 27, Article 2.

Agricultural employment relations board terminates on July 1, 2029, with Title 23, Chapter 8, Article 5 and the new section repealed on January 1, 2030.

Legislature continues the agricultural employment relations board to foster labor peace, provide a forum for dispute resolution between Arizona's agricultural industry and employees, and develop constructive labor relations.

Sections 1 and 2 apply retroactively from and after July 1, 2021.
