Amends the study committee on missing and murdered indigenous peoples established in 2019, expanding its focus from "women and girls" to all "indigenous peoples."

Reduces legislative membership from four to three representatives and three senators of indigenous descent appointed by the Speaker and Senate President respectively.

Removes specific committee positions for peace officers on reservations, Southwest Indigenous Women's Coalition representatives, and legal services providers; restructures remaining appointed positions.

Extends committee reporting deadlines to December 1, 2022, December 1, 2023, and December 1, 2024, and delays the committee's repeal from September 30, 2021 to September 30, 2025.

Appropriates $40,000 from the consumer protection-consumer fraud revolving fund to the attorney general for fiscal year 2021-2022 to support committee operations.
