Extends Arizona health care cost containment system (AHCCCS) eligibility to women who are less than one year postpartum with family income not exceeding 150 percent of federal poverty guidelines.

Appropriates $13,000,000 from the state general fund and $900,000 from Medicaid expenditure authority in fiscal year 2021-2022 to cover eligible postpartum women.

Makes technical corrections to section 36-2901, Arizona Revised Statutes, including updates to the definition of "physician" and "primary care practitioner" for clarity.
