Adds comprehensive dental care as a covered service for women at least 21 years of age who are in any stage of pregnancy under Arizona's health care cost containment system (AHCCCS).

Appropriates $468,100 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to AHCCCS administration to provide dental services to pregnant women.

Appropriates an additional one-time $3,630,600 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2021-2022 to cover costs from eligibility changes related to introducing the dental benefit for pregnant women.

Requires AHCCCS administration to report actual costs incurred for providing dental services to pregnant women and related eligibility changes to the governor, legislature, and budget officials by October 1, 2022.
