Allows child safety workers and child safety investigators to enter schools to investigate reports of abuse involving children with disabilities.

Defines "child" as individuals under 18 years of age, or individuals 18-22 years old who are enrolled in high school.

Defines "child with a disability" to include children identified under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Arizona special education statutes (sections 15-2403, 15-731, or 15-761), or the federal Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. § 12102).
