Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 1-272 to prohibit the state and all political subdivisions from using personnel or financial resources to enforce, administer, or cooperate with any federal act, law, treaty, order, rule, or regulation that conflicts with Arizona state firearms laws.

Grounds the prohibition in the sovereign authority of Arizona and Article II, Section 3 of the Arizona Constitution regarding the right to keep and bear arms.

Short title designated as the "2nd Amendment Firearm Freedom Act".

Approved by the governor and filed with the Secretary of State on April 6, 2021.
