Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 35-452 regarding authorization of indebtedness by political subdivisions.

Removes requirement that bond counsel fees, financial advisory fees, printing costs, and paying agent/registrar fees must be paid from current operating funds; allows these costs to be paid from either authorized bond amounts or current operating funds.

Requires bond election expenses to be paid exclusively from current operating funds.

Clarifies election timing reference to section 16-204, subsection F.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language regarding petition requirements and indebtedness authorization procedures.
