• Updates odometer disclosure requirements, establishing separate thresholds for vehicles based on model year (2010 or older, or 2011 and newer) and increases penalties for violations related to salvage vehicle sales and vehicle title fraud.

• Expands commercial driver license disqualification grounds to include permanent disqualification for sex trafficking, human trafficking, and child sex trafficking offenses when a commercial motor vehicle was used.

• Addresses license reinstatement by automatically rescinding suspensions or revocations imposed under section 28-1601 and eliminates fees for reinstatement, effective upon enactment.
