Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-183 to add a requirement that charter schools participate in and comply with the national school lunch and child nutrition acts (42 U.S.C. sections 1751-1793).

Exempts charter schools with fewer than 100 pupils from the lunch program requirement if the charter school governing body determines at a public meeting not to participate.

Makes minor grammatical and stylistic changes throughout the statute, including replacing "submit a written application" with "apply in writing" and correcting pronoun usage.

Does not substantively change other charter school requirements related to sponsorship, personnel qualifications, operational standards, renewal processes, or oversight responsibilities.
