Adds autism spectrum disorder as a qualifying debilitating medical condition for medical marijuana use, specifically including agitation, rage attacks, and self-injurious behavior associated with autism.

Requires physicians certifying patients under 18 years old with autism to be pediatricians and specifies mandatory monitoring including monthly assessments until stable dosing is achieved, then every six months thereafter.

Mandates physicians treating minors with autism to recommend marijuana potency, quantity, and frequency of use to the designated caregiver and report results annually to the Department of Health Services.

Requires approval by at least three-fourths of the members of each house of the legislature for the bill to become effective, per Arizona Constitutional requirements.
