Requires the Arizona Supreme Court to maintain a central repository for injunctions against harassment, workplace harassment injunctions, and domestic violence protective orders that courts must enter within 24 hours of service.

Courts must register protective orders with the National Crime Information Center and law enforcement can access the repository to verify the existence and validity of orders.

Expands notification requirements for employers seeking workplace harassment injunctions to make good faith efforts to provide notice to targeted individuals before petitioning the court.

Clarifies that protective order effectiveness does not depend on registration in the central repository, and copies of orders are presumed valid for one year from service date regardless of registration status.

Makes conforming amendments to sections 12-1809, 12-1810, 13-3602, and 13-3624 of Arizona Revised Statutes to establish uniform procedures for maintaining and registering various types of protective orders.
